Login email is aligned with WebCollect

Hello everyone. As you will have noticed we have gone live with a new website.


I'm going to put a blog article together later, highlighting some new features of the site. However I wanted to get a quick message out regarding logging in to the new site. We have aligned the NSCA login with WebCollect. When you log in to NSCA we make a data call to WebCollect to check your subscription. This is done using your login email address. If you log in with a different email address on either site then the subscription check won't find you, and it won't let you login into the site. If you think this is affecting you then contact us directly ([email protected] & [email protected]) and we can get your logins aligned.

Also - we had a little bit of a bumpy ride with our email host during the change over, and up until a short while ago you will have had an error message if you tried to reset your password or ask for a reminder to be sent. I've fixed this up in the last half hour, so we should be good to go.
