I had a Gold-maxx sail that I got on quite well with untill a split appeared and had it repaired by a local sailmaker. Then another split - also repaired. Then another. All in the lower part of the sail. After split No4 I ended up buying a new sail. Is this a feature of Gold-max cloth and the reason why it isnt used any more?

Hi Peter;- you can see from the Solo class results who attended last year as some indication of home boats/visitors so just assume something similar for catering purposes.

Its a shame that Vic Crawshaw has retired from building. Your nearest may be try Roger Gates at Datchet or Ben Dingwall is further away at Radlett. Both Solo friendly.
